After completing my studies at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, I began my career at a medical center in Rotterdam. I subsequently moved to Suriname, where I established a dermatology and edema therapy clinic at the hospital in Paramaribo. I worked there with great dedication for seven years, supervising interns from the Netherlands.

A few years ago, I felt the urge to further develop my skills, particularly in the field of laser therapy. That ambition brought me back to the Netherlands, where—thanks to Manon—I began working at another laser institute in Assen. I had the opportunity to take over her previous role, while she went on to launch De Laserkliniek in Groningen. I subsequently specialized further in laser therapy—covering areas such as tattoo removal, permanent laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and fungal nail treatment—and I have become truly passionate about laser treatments. You can achieve such wonderful results with them and, above all, make people very happy!

When Manon was about to open a branch in Assen, fate brought us together again—at exactly the right moment. I have been happily working at De Laserkliniek since April 2025, where I can fully pursue my passion for skincare and high-quality laser treatments. I love a challenge and am drawn to new places and cultures; wherever I am, I always find a way to feel at home. Assen was unfamiliar territory for me, but I now enjoy living here. I am always open to change and appreciate the peace and quiet here. Here’s a fun fact: Manon and I studied the same subject during the same period and already knew each other by sight. The world of skin therapy is a small one!

I also have extensive experience with darker skin tones, but everyone is welcome! All skin types are treated with care.
