The step-by-step approach allows you to judge for yourself after each treatment what it brings you. This is better in the beginning than doing multiple treatments at once. This allows you to decide which treatment is best for you.
With achieve more relaxation in the face, this gives you a softer look. The so-called ” dynamism ” wrinkles (these are caused by the tightening of a muscle) can be treated with it.
Fillers/injectables provide volume restoration making ” static ” wrinkles less noticeable. These are wrinkles caused by sagging of the skin.

How does the treatment work?
The skin is disinfected beforehand. Then punctures are made with very thin needles. This burns a little but is usually not perceived as painful.
Treatment can also be done with a cannula. This is a small blunt needle. This tickles under the skin and feels a little crazy. But this is not painful.

A personalized treatment plan is created during the intake. This will also include a cost estimate. An injectable treatment is from 195 euros, a filler treatment 475 euros and eyelid correction upper eyelids from 895 euros.

What indications can be treated?
Frown and forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet can be treated with injectables.
Lines at the corners of the mouth, lips and nasolabial fold can be treated with fillers.
Drooping upper and lower eyelids can be treated with surgery.
Is treatment painful?
The punctures are quite manageable.
How do I know I am in safe hands?
That’s always a very good question to ask yourself before you have any treatment done anywhere. Experience is something to ask about. How often does a doctor do the treatments? What kind of training did the doctor do? Does he belong to a professional association and if so which one? Does the clinic have a seal of approval? It is important to find out about the above points or check with the doctor. Eventually, during the first conversation, some sort of trusting relationship will have to develop. You have to feel good about it I tell my patients. Then it actually always works out. I myself do these treatments and procedures weekly and I have been doing this for over 9 years. I also work as a plastic surgeon at the hospital in Leeuwarden and at the UMCG. I am also a member of the Dutch Society of Plastic Surgery(NVPC) and Dutch Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery(NVEPC). I myself have been on the NVPEC board for 5 years. Our clinic has the ISO 9001 seal of approval and therefore meets all quality requirements.
Is an intake with treatment possible?
Yes you can. But this is certainly not necessary. When in doubt, I always say, wait and see. You have to be behind the treatment. It is not a rush job and you should take your time to figure out if you really want to have the treatment done.
What should I pay attention to after a treatment?
The puncture holes literally closed within minutes. Then you can possibly cover them with something. I advise against alcohol and sauna for the first 24 hours. You shouldn’t start massaging the areas that have been treated either.
When will I see results and how long will they last?
You can see the results after treatment with fillers immediately. Certain fillers may attract some additional moisture during the first few days. But after 3 days, you can see the final result of the treatment.
It varies how quickly injectables work. Within 14 days, the injectable should work. Usually it does work faster. It is not that the wrinkles disappear immediately. This needs more time. This could take months. Because of the overactive muscle, the wrinkles may be pulled into the skin. It may then take longer for the skin to become smooth again. With very deep wrinkles, it is usually the case that they do not disappear. They become much softer, making them less present.

When should I not be treated?
If you are pregnant or if you have quite an infection anywhere in the area where the treatment will take place. Consider here, for example, a severe active cold sore.
