We start with a no-obligation intake interview. We ask you questions and carefully inspect your skin and hair. This will allow us to assess which method is most appropriate for you and why. Afterwards, you will receive a customized treatment plan and a no-obligation quote.<\/p>\n

Before treatment, it is important to shave your hair. Ideally, we see very small stubble of one or two days, so that the laser sees the hairs optimally. Do not be afraid that shaving will multiply hair growth. This is a persistent fable. For optimal results, it is important not to epilate hair for 7 weeks prior to treatment. The hairs must be present in the skin to be treated safely and effectively. It is also important not to expose your skin to direct sunlight for at least 4 weeks before treatment.<\/p>\n

Laser treatment targets the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The laser recognizes dark hairs and gives each hair a laser pulse that is converted to heat.
